Chronicle of Georgia — Tsereteli’s Monument by the Tbilisi Sea — 360° Virtual Tour
Climb the stairway to the Chronicle of Georgia, the monumental memorial by sculptor Zurab Tsereteli on a hill above the Tbilisi Sea. Sixteen pillars 30–35 metres tall carry bronze reliefs: the life of Christ on the upper tiers, and Georgia’s kings, queens, saints and heroes below — three thousand years of history told in stone, from Colchis and Saint Nino to David the Builder, Queen Tamar and Shota Rustaveli. This 360° virtual tour takes you up the sunset stairway, across the plaza, inside the ring of pillars and face to face with the reliefs, with drone views over the reservoir and the city.
