Hilltop Meadow with the Tower Ruin. A quiet meadow on the hilltop, where the ruined watchtower stands alone against the sky. Even with visitors, the hilltop keeps a deep calm: wind, birds and the faint sound of the rivers far below. In the Middle Ages the hilltop was enclosed by a stone defensive wall with towers and a gate; its weathered ruins still line the paths around the church.
