Low Drone Orbit from the North-East. A low drone pass about 15 m above the hilltop, circling the church from the north-east. The church is a tetraconch: four apses around a central dome, with deep round niches tucked between them — a compact, perfectly balanced plan. On a clear day the panorama takes in Mtskheta, both river valleys and the hills toward the Caucasus — one of the finest viewpoints in Georgia.
