Low Drone Orbit from the South. A low drone pass about 15 m above the hilltop, circling the church from the south. Its design became a model known as the “Jvari type”, repeated at Ateni Sioni and in other churches across Georgia and the South Caucasus. The Mtkvari flows on through Tbilisi and across Azerbaijan to the Caspian Sea — the main river of the South Caucasus.
