Timotesubani Monastery: Steps up to St. Barbara's Church

A ladder of timber steps climbs straight up the grassy bank to the single-nave church of St. Barbara on the northern terrace. Looking back, the Dormition church sits low among the trees — the climb is short and gives the best view across the whole complex.
